Classifications

Customize life areas (7 default groups). Task data stores stable ids; rename labels and accent colors anytime.

Lists

Flexible groupings — e.g. Research, School, Side Project. Lists are more flexible than life areas (which are themed buckets) and less ad-hoc than tags; they may overlap with life areas freely. Each list takes an optional description that feeds Auto-organize so new tasks route here automatically.
